Concierge nutrition for women on GLP-1 medications

Most GLP-1 programs provide medication.
We provide guidance.

Your medication quiets the food noise. Your Registered Dietitian helps you do what the medication can’t — protect the muscle, strength, and energy that carry you through menopause and the years beyond. With a private line to her, seven days a week.

Your quiet advantage

A private line to your own dietitian. Seven days a week.

The decisions that shape your results rarely happen in an appointment. They happen at a dinner party, in a hotel restaurant, on the days the nausea returns, when a menu offers nothing that feels right.

So you are given a private line to your dedicated Registered Dietitian — not a portal, not a chatbot, not a call center. The same expert who knows your history and your goals, answering in the moments that quietly decide everything.

At a dinner party and nothing on the menu feels right. Barely hungry anyway. What should I do?
Totally normal on weeks you’ve titrated up. Order the salmon or the filet, enjoy the protein first, and don’t give the rest a second thought. Be present with your friends — that’s the win tonight.
That takes so much pressure off. Thank you.
Tuesday · 6:15 AM
A little queasy this morning. Lighter breakfast?
Yes — the protein smoothie from your plan, sipped slowly, with ginger tea. If it lingers past Thursday, we’ll prepare notes for your physician together.

Real guidance, in the moment it matters. Not a portal. Not a chatbot. Your dietitian.

We understand where you are

The medication is working. But the questions that matter most are going unanswered.

“What happens after the medication?”

You’ve worked too hard, and invested too much, to watch the results slip away later. Lasting change is built during treatment — with expert guidance, not guesswork — so the progress stays yours.

“Am I protecting my strength?”

When appetite falls, lean muscle is the first thing at risk — and through perimenopause and menopause, protecting strength, bone, and energy is exactly what keeps you active and vital.

“Is this side effect normal?”

Nausea, fatigue, the changes no one prepared you for. Most prescribers see you briefly, months apart. You deserve someone who answers today — with expertise, and without judgment.

You don’t need another program selling you a prescription. You need a guide.

The GLP-1 journey has real challenges. Here’s how to navigate them.

Kimberly walks you through what most programs never explain — so you know what to expect, and how expert guidance changes everything.

How it works

Twelve weeks of expert guidance. One dietitian who knows your story.

A structured, deeply personal program — built around your medication, your body, and your life.

Begin with a private consultation

A focused session with a Registered Dietitian who specializes in GLP-1 and midlife metabolism, to understand your history, your response to the medication, and what you want for the years ahead. Should you continue, it is credited to your program.

Receive your personal plan

A 60-minute intake builds your nutrition strategy: protein and strength targets, side-effect management, and a sustainable approach designed entirely around your response to the medication.

Be guided, every week

Eleven weekly sessions with your dietitian — plus a private line to her, seven days a week, for restaurants, travel, the difficult days, and everything in between.

Our philosophy

The minimum effective dose. The maximum lasting result.

Many programs push you toward the highest dose. We believe the finest outcomes come from finding the lowest dose that works for you — with nutrition doing the meaningful work it was always meant to do.

We don’t prescribe, and we never will. Your medication decisions stay exactly where they belong: with you and your physician. Our role is to make certain you understand your body’s response — and draw everything possible from it.

Questions, answered

Everything you’re wondering

Who will my dietitian be, and what are her credentials?
Your care begins with Kimberly Gomer, MS, RD, LDN — a master’s-level Registered Dietitian with 25+ years of experience and former Director of Nutrition at the Pritikin Longevity Center. The same expert guides you for the entire twelve weeks — you are never passed between staff or routed through a call center. As our practice grows, every dietitian who joins is held to Kimberly’s standard.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Your care, your conversations, and your information remain private. This is a discreet, judgment-free relationship with one dedicated professional — the way expert care should be.
Do you prescribe GLP-1 medication?
No — and that is intentional. We are a nutrition guidance practice, not a medication provider. All medication decisions remain between you and your physician. Should you need a prescriber, we can introduce you to a trusted nationwide partner offering preferred rates, but you are never required to use them.
What does the consultation include?
A private one-on-one session with a Registered Dietitian to review your history, your experience with the medication, and your goals. You’ll leave with genuine insight either way — and should you enroll, the consultation fee is credited toward your program.
I’ve been on a GLP-1 for a while. Is it too late to start?
Not at all. Many clients come to us months in — for side-effect management, to protect muscle and strength they’re concerned about losing, or to prepare for lasting results once they step down from the medication. Wherever you are, there is real value to gain.
How is this different from a weight-loss app or telehealth program?
Apps give you tracking. Telehealth gives you prescriptions. We give you a dedicated Registered Dietitian — the same expert, every week for twelve weeks, with a private line to her seven days a week. It is concierge care, not a queue.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds for dietitian services. We’re glad to provide documentation to support your claim — we recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator.
